The current Church was opened in 1958 and is situated on the main A38 into Bristol.  It has a membership of 93.

Our 10.30 a.m. worship on a Sunday tends to be fairly traditional, but each month we hold an informal Family Service involving all ages.  Evening worship at 6.00 p.m. tends to be more reflective in its style.

St. Andrew's is blessed with a good choir and they play an important part in our worship.  We also have a number of Local Preachers in our congregation.  From time to time, we share in ecumenical services with other Christians within the Filton Covenant of Churches.

During the week, there are opportunities for prayer and bible study through house groups and a weekly prayer meeting at Church.  Other forms of fellowship are provided through Friday Friends, Wesley Guild and Wednesday Fellowship.  The children and young people share in fun and fellowship through Rainbows,  which meet weekly.

St. Andrew's seeks to reach out to the community in a number of ways including taking Assembly in a local school, holding a weekly Toddlers Group and serving a lunch twice weekly on its premises.

St. Andrew's also has a Youth Centre which is run by a registered youth and community centre charity called "FACE". They deliver4 nights youth work  in partnership with the wider community funded through various grants and trusts including South Gloucester Council ,BBC children in Need and Awards for All. They also deliver activities for adults including a wWork Club and Silver Surfers group on Thursdays and "Facing Forwards" adult group on Tuesday 10-3. There is a full time Youth and Community Work Manager supported by a number of part-time workers and volunteers who work with a range of young people and vulnerable aged 7+ including some who have learning difficulties.
